Item conforms to the order. My father is very satisfied with his cap, it fits him perfectly. Delivery time indicated at the time of order was respected! Site to recommend for its seriousness and speed as well as the quality of the product.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
the cap is sent in a package and wrapped in tissue paper as Borsalino, Stetson does.
What would you like more to help us improve and also to advance brands like Borsalino.
Best regards

There was too much delay for my order, order placed on December 6 received on December 23 no email or call to warn of this delay seeing the days advance I had to call myself as there was no response following the email sent.

Following a misunderstanding about the initially purchased model, and explanations with a manager, I appreciated the very professional responsiveness of the latter. I am very satisfied with the follow-up and the model received.

The site is very good, however I pay 10€ more to be delivered in 24h by TNT and for a package that fits in my mailbox and at worst there is a caretaker who receives all the packages I find myself having to leave my job on December 23 to go pick up the package in an industrial area where we were 3 people looking everywhere for the famous BLUEDISTRIB very poorly indicated. Bad delivery experience however the hat met my expectations.

Very pretty and well made however the white part was not very clean and had slight brown gray marks (probably dust) and the golden seams of the visor are not well aligned. Otherwise nice cap.
