After a small size error on Traclet's part, a new order was quickly shipped. Fast, careful shipping and serious after-sales service. I recommend Traclet.

The site is great. A few small improvements to be made in the search engine and sections. Otherwise, tip top ;-)

The sending of the hat was only done after a complaint after 10 days because nothing had been sent before. Too long. But at the complaint, it was sent immediately. Too bad, the necessary hat for a show arrived after the first performance of the show. So quite unprofessional service.

Well-constructed shopping site and advice on products that is fair and useful. Good listening, good communication, fast, careful shipping, and very professional. For my part, everything was perfect in the service with the quality of the product (Irish wool cap) as a bonus. Very happy with my purchase and the Traclet hat shop. I recommend.
