Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
The walking stick is very beautiful but I am a bit disappointed because I had requested a customization and it was not done completely... The phrase I asked to be written is missing and a symbol.

Beautiful quality gavroche hats but the front part is too rigid. A little flexibility would make your products perfect

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
please excuse us for this manufacturing delay.
Currently, we are having supply issues for all the trimmings because our historical supplier has closed, and we are facing supply issues.
We hope that the hats will fully satisfy you.
Best regards,
Traclet

Very fast. However, on 2 different hats of the same size, one is perfect for my head size while the other is a little too big.
