friendly, competent and efficient staff, good product, only downside: on your site it is written that Borsalino fits small, it is recommended to choose a larger size which I did. Unfortunately, I should have followed my intuition and ordered the normal size.

superb quality hat, BUT terrible delivery. Despite my request not to throw the package in the garden because the dog might eat it. It was thrown in the garden when it was supposed to be delivered by Colissimo with a signature. So delivery needs to be reviewed

Disappointed; as soon as the order was registered, I was informed that the item was not available! Without news, I had to ask for clarification; next week, I was told. In fact, I was only delivered the following week. Little communication. Too bad

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 29/12/2018

Hello
As indicated, the Stetson sparr hat is large. As mentioned, if it does not suit, it can be changed. For that, you can let us know during the order.
For the refund, as indicated, it is in progress. It should be done next week.
Best regards
Traclet

Hello. This site is, for me, the reference site for headgear. A wide choice regularly replenished with new items. A clear visual but lacks some angles of vision and very good description. I highly recommend this site for headgear enthusiasts.
