hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment. The information about the change of pattern of the cap is indeed well noted in red on the product sheet: https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/casquette-hatteras/793-casquette-hatteras-upholstery-patchwork-stetson.html A very nice quality cap for winter made by the Stetson brand, a revisited hatteras shape in a patchwork style. Colorful, elegant, and finely assembled, this model has everything to please. With carefully chosen pieces of fabric, this hatteras cap harmoniously combines patterns and colors. Please note that each model is unique and has an appearance that can vary significantly in terms of the arrangement and color of the fabric pieces. If it does not suit you, it is possible to change it. Best regards, Traclet

It's a shame that the packaging is basic, one corner of the box was a bit crushed which could have damaged the hat.

Hello,
The ordered hat did not match the photo on your site (Cousteau hat). Indeed, the cuff is much too large (2/3 of the hat!) whereas in the photo on the site, the cuff does not exceed 1/3 of said hat. I called one of your advisors, very understanding, who advised me to return it for an exchange. I hope the exchange will be perfect and that I will have it before Christmas. That said, the quality of the hat is perfect…

This product seems very correct, but I was very disappointed by the communication from this supplier who writes three times Excellent American brand STETSON and you have to look further on the technical sheet to discover that this product is MADE IN CHINA !!!!

Hello
The information about the place of production is well noted on the product sheet like all our products.
We are one of the only websites to indicate the place of production.
It is quite regrettable to have a negative review when we are completely transparent with the customer.

This Stetson Hatteras cap in canvas is much less roomy than the brown aged pigskin Hatteras model from the same brand.
It's a shame that the description only specifies the head circumference.
I am disappointed.

The product at the head level could be a bit deeper. I often wear my hair in a bun and I've noticed that it reveals the nape of my neck with my hair, which is not practical. It's still a good product. It would be perfect if we had neither hair nor hairstyle to hide.
As for the scarf, it is not long enough. Just one wrap and the pom-poms come right in front, leaving a slight choking sensation.
