Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Good diversified site for hats, but high prices for identical products elsewhere. Too bad.
Unfriendly reception on the phone and not very commercial. Again, too bad.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
on one hand, you have to compare comparable things on the product but also on the service.
Indeed, products on the internet may seem similar but if you don't have the products in hand, it's difficult to compare unless you have the same reference. However, in the case of toques, these references are different.
Finally, we have a telephone reception while many other sites have no reception and no advice while we are present both online, by phone, and also in physical stores.
We are not perfect but at least we try to respond as best as we can to our customers and satisfy them.
I thought I had responded favorably to your messages and calls but I am sorry if I could not respond as you wish.
Best regards
Traclet

Quality of the hats is very good. The delivery time is not respected and it was necessary to send a reminder email after the announced deadline and to call two days later for the order to finally be sent. A 'pen' was offered to me as compensation.

Perfect item and to size. Good for big heads that can't find caps in their size! But it's still expensive...

The hat cost me about 68 euros and in the end, I still had to pay over 20 francs extra.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
You bought the hat for 57.5 euros excluding 20% VAT in France.
The normal price of the hat is 69 euros including tax for a customer in France, being in Switzerland, you do not pay the 20% VAT in France. 57.50 euros
However, in Switzerland, you have your own tax and the 20 francs you paid are the taxes specific to Switzerland.
Best regards

A lot of choices, but customer service is not always very responsive. You really have to hang in there to get news about an item that is unavailable when you want to acquire it.

Too bad about the size, it's a bit big. But there was no size below 54.
Otherwise, good product that dresses very well

hello
Stetson prices are set by Stetson and they are normally identical everywhere.
The plus is that we provide a lot of information about the product but also size advice, maintenance. And this is not the case in all stores whether online or in physical stores.
This is therefore a plus that we have been offering on the Internet since 1995.

The product matches the description, delivery was on time. I am satisfied. The only small issue is a minor detail, it's the extremely unpleasant smell coming from the packaging, is it the cardboard?
