Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I received at least 6 or 7 emails from you since my order? That's a lot for a single cap! I hope this is the last one.
Best regards. G.Ch.

Fast delivery. Product as described.
Small disappointment regarding the text I requested to add; very difficult to read as it was directly written on the packaging paper. I had to rewrite the text on a card.

For a first visit and a first purchase, I am satisfied, everything went smoothly and the leather cap met my expectations. Very good. One downside, however, on each model, too many sizes missing.

The site is well designed and offers a very large selection. However, the site's responsiveness for exchanging an item (size issue) is slower than for the order itself.

Fast delivery and serious site. But there are no photos of the hats in natural light to properly perceive the shades of the materials. Think about it, it's simple and effective. Thank you for your indications regarding sizes according to manufacturers.

Special order placed on November 27 with confirmation of receipt before Christmas but received only on January 15!!! It's a bit long anyway. It should be noted that on the phone, the Traclet company throughout the order, received calls without waiting and always took responsibility with apologies for this delay. Great professionalism nonetheless.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
Please excuse us for this inconvenience. We do pay attention to the sending of our hats.
For your information, we do not sell second-hand hats but only new headgear.
Please send us photos of the product because on our side, when sending, the hat had no issues.

Best regards Traclet

1st order placed by phone on December 19 and received, after a reminder from me, on January 7.... I think they simply forgot to validate my order - too bad there wasn't an apology from them - human error but does not prevent courtesy

Serious, the order was quickly taken into account. One problem though: head reducers should be proposed more clearly, I have to make a new order. To improve, the delivery by (TNT), because notified at 8:35 in the morning even by sms, I had to wait until 1:30 PM for the delivery (which could have been done until the evening) without having more information on a more precise schedule, so half a day lost (this can be one day).

Very good product, the quality is well present. Fast delivery, correct packaging. However, the feathers on the side of the hat are neither sewn nor glued so I have already lost them and fortunately found them again.
