Perfect package but a last-minute change of address for the collection point was a bit annoying. Moreover, I find that the tracking number of the package is not easy to find on the site, and I therefore remained uncertain for a while whether my package would arrive before Christmas. As for the product, it was perfectly compliant and the indications regarding sizes ('Stetson is one size larger than normal') were very accurate and helped me not to make a mistake.

There was too much delay for my order, order placed on December 6 received on December 23 no email or call to warn of this delay seeing the days advance I had to call myself as there was no response following the email sent.

The site is very good, however I pay 10€ more to be delivered in 24h by TNT and for a package that fits in my mailbox and at worst there is a caretaker who receives all the packages I find myself having to leave my job on December 23 to go pick up the package in an industrial area where we were 3 people looking everywhere for the famous BLUEDISTRIB very poorly indicated. Bad delivery experience however the hat met my expectations.

The nightcap received did not have protective packaging. It was just placed in the delivery envelope. Given the price paid, this is the minimum because when it's for a gift, it lacks. The product seems to be of quite good quality. To be seen with time.

Hello, the order was placed on 29/10/2017 and we are on 22/12/2017 which makes two months. As indicated during our telephone exchanges, this model was indeed size 60 cm and you requested the change to size 61 cm. We had it redone. However, the manufacturing at Crambes (one of the last French manufacturers) is quite long and we do not control that. We can understand your wish to have the chapka quickly but you can also understand the manufacturing delay. Best regards, Traclet

Order compliant except for the specific request for empty strap boxes. You sent me cardboard gusset cases that have nothing to do with the original strap boxes. If you could send me 3 boxes that would be ideal.
