Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
A lot of choices, fast and careful shipping. The only downside is the return at our expense if an item does not fit. A partnership with parcel relays would be perfect.

More than a month and a half to receive the hat, while it was announced a delivery within 15 days on the site and while I followed up by calling mid-August to have a delivery around August 20....

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Yes, the delay was longer because the factory was on holiday in August which caused a delay in delivery. For the delay, we offer you a credit note that will be sent directly to your account valid online as well as in-store.
Please excuse us for this delay.
Best regards

a bit long delays and shipping a bit expensive for delivery to a relay point

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
thank you for taking the time to respond to the verified review.
The order was placed on Sunday and it was shipped on Monday because the post office does not work on Sundays.
The delay for a colissimo is 2-3 days and the package was delivered on Wednesday to the relay point.
Can you tell us the delay you would have liked.
Moreover, the price of 4 euros is low compared to the quality service with tracked colissimo.
Thank you for letting us know your comments in order to improve deliveries.
Best regards

good product conforming to the photos. . super happy.. I just should have thought about the height because with my thick hair they rise. . maybe integrate a strap in case of wind too !!
The only downside is the ultra long delay of almost 3 months.. order on June 18 received at the beginning of September. . might as well announce a long delay to avoid making unhappy people! ;)
Thank you in any case for the custom order I am delighted!

A lot of choices, the site is quite clear but the search by criteria (materials...) needs improvement. I was looking for a straw hat having selected men's hats and the site suggested me straw hats for both men and women.
