The filters for choosing hats do not follow when changing pages (clicking on the next tab). Very difficult to make a choice
However, good technical details and for the photos

Hello, As previously indicated, our distributor sent us this type of leather mitten for larger sizes. If this one does not fit, please let us know as previously suggested. Best regards, Traclet

The product is good, but the delivery leaves much to be desired, I had to contact twice and fortunately I was delivered just before Christmas for an order placed 1 month before (and again Traclet had sent me a link specifying that the product was available).

I ordered size 59 and upon receipt, I noticed that no size was indicated on the hat and when trying it on, I found it was a size 60 or even 61, then it was covering my eyes. I am waiting for the shipment of another hat and I will return the first one.

Hello, The hat is indeed on its way to you; you should have already received the tracking for the package. Normally you should receive it tomorrow or Saturday at the latest. Best regards, Traclet

a bit misleading!!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 29/12/2016

Hello, I do not understand the message because the second order we sent in size XXL which is the largest size and is normally larger than the first delivery.
Is that not the case?
Best regards

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 29/12/2016

Hello,
The order was placed on December 17, that is Saturday, and it left our place on Monday because unfortunately the post does not work on Saturday or Sunday.
It could not be delivered on the 22nd and could only be delivered on December 23rd.
Please excuse us for this delay of a few days.
Best regards

Packaging too large for the item. A simple padded envelope would have sufficed, which would allow for cheaper shipping and fit in the mailbox.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 24/12/2016

Hello, Please excuse us if we made a mistake. It would have been simpler to send us an email on our site or by phone at 04 77 71 40 58 to send you the correct product. So please send us back the model where we made a mistake and we will do what is necessary to change the product for you. Happy holidays. Best regards, Traclet
