My hat was delivered in a very good condition package. The delivery time was respected. Thank you to the Traclet team for the precision and description of the items that allowed me not to make a mistake on the model and size. Hats off!

Normally announced in 15 days, the order took a month to reach me. I contacted customer service twice. I was supposed to be contacted after the first call and nothing happened.

Very interesting site. Difficulty in properly defining the head circumference; at a flexible centimeter 58 and upon receipt a bit large even with the cork bands.

The only problem is that the head circumference is way too big. If I find an item to proceed with an exchange, I won't hesitate. Otherwise, nothing else to report, without this little issue it would be perfect in every way.

The caps are good, but I am disappointed with the packaging. The written birthday card is not up to par. I also expected better gift wrapping.

Lots of choices, too bad you can't try before ordering, as you have to return at your own expense.

This order must be the fourth on the site, the only one I am not satisfied with. I returned the item within the week because it is much larger than usual (same size choice as the brand though). Moreover, I must say I don't like the cut. Lastly, the condition of the package upon delivery was damp and quite damaged. Blame the delivery person and not the Chapellerie/Traclet. However, there was a missing plastic inside to protect it, I think. Way too many products are out of stock and have been for weeks, which is regrettable. I still keep my confidence in your site, but I am forced to look elsewhere as well. Best regards.

One of the two Panamas (the XL) is a bit too small and therefore uncomfortable. But we didn't have time to return it because we were leaving the next day on a trip. It's a shame, especially at this price! That's the downside of online orders...

The product photo does not correspond to reality, it's better to have it in hand to buy.
