Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I would say good regarding the speed and efficiency during the processing of my order. But I am not in a position to evaluate the content of this order as it is a gift and I had the package sent to the home of the concerned person.

Serious site, a lot of choices. The only downside regarding return fees is at the customer's expense.

Small oversight during the shipping... The umbrella cover was missing... But quickly remedied by a separate shipment...

Disappointed by the color that did not match at all, I returned the hat and am waiting for a refund.

The items are of very good quality but the shipping needs improvement. Received loose in a box, delivered by post, so the box was exploded. Fortunately, the items were not damaged but given the price, I expected to receive the item in a hat box in addition to the packaging.

I would say a lot of choices indeed, but not always the right size, too bad! And even regularly checking the site, I don't see the stocks replenishing... For the rest, I am very satisfied, the deadlines, the packaging conditions are OK!

This is the second time I order from the Traclet hat shop. The products are of quality, the choice is one of the largest on the net and the delivery is fast and careful. In short, I am greatly satisfied.

Perfect packaging.
The carrier's delays (La Poste) are unexpected: 1 day from Roanne to the 'briarde platform' in Moissy-Cramayel, 10 km from my home. Then 2 days for these last 10 km...
This carrier should be avoided, see for example http://www.60millions-mag.com/forum/livraison-poste-f60/plateforme-briarde-triangle-des-bermudes-pour-colis-t11794.html

First order placed for Christmas 2015, unfortunately the size did not fit. No refund possible so I waited to replace the hat which was no longer in stock. Despite the mention 'coming soon in stock' the hat never returned. I had to take one that I liked less to avoid losing my money. Generally, there are a lot of out-of-stocks, I find it unacceptable to only offer store credits under these conditions.

The products are good, but it seems to me that for the Gore tex sport cap, size 58 should have been 59, the number was overwritten, too bad, because otherwise, it is good but a bit large.

The delivery was longer than expected and the hat in the package was slightly bent, due to insufficiently solid protection during transport as the package itself was also slightly deformed on one of the upper edges. I placed the hat on a stand and it quickly regained its shape.
