Great, but it's a shame that we can't do a written search when we already know what we want.

I am satisfied with the delivery and its speed but I had ordered an anthracite beanie and received a black one instead... I find that unprofessional.

I found that there were not enough photos with hats worn to see what the product looks like: when you don't know much, I think it can really help make a choice.

A few hours after my order, I contacted customer service to retract immediately and thus be refunded, I was told that my message had been taken into account, asking me the reason for my cancellation. The next day, I received a shipping confirmation... I find this process a bit cavalier and would give a medium trust to your services. The ordered hat is of good quality and meets the expectations of the person it was intended for but I don't think I will repeat the experience here for the reasons mentioned.
