1. I still have a bit of trouble finding what I'm looking for.
For example, if I'm looking for a cap, it takes several operations to see everything that exists in the store.
2. When a product is not available, you can request to be informed when it is available again. But then we continue to receive promotional emails unrelated to this request.

The sending of the hat was only done after a complaint after 10 days because nothing had been sent before. Too long. But at the complaint, it was sent immediately. Too bad, the necessary hat for a show arrived after the first performance of the show. So quite unprofessional service.
