Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Shipments are very fast, the description of the headgear is generally quite detailed but not always. When an item is marked "coming soon" ... it can take a few months.

I own a good number of hats and most of my hat purchases come from Tractel, as delivery by post is simple

Two products were unavailable in my size (M.56/57): Hatteras stripe cap ref. 2260 and vintage flat cap Hanna Hats ref. 5347.

satisfactory, very good follow-up, fast delivery. However, there was a missing cork strip for hat reduction and the Colissimo delivery was done over the hedge within everyone's reach in the rain, the very well done packaging was not intended for that ....

The choice on mobile is more complicated and the filter is difficult to use as it regularly resets.

Packaging not very elegant or even unhygienic for a rather high-end product.
Delivery times not respected.

when I placed my order, I was entitled to a few cents gift that I wanted to turn into two additional cork strips.
You told me by phone to specify it in a special box, which I did, but alas upon arrival of the package....nothing but the two ordered and paid for.
Too bad it was almost a 100% without fault

the hat received doesn't suit me very well, that's the problem with online orders. I was too lazy to return it. But the speed and quality of the shipment were very good.
