The hat seems to be of good quality, but my disappointment is not there.
I have a 61cm head circumference, but I read in your comments that the hat runs small.
I took the trouble to call your company, and your salesperson encouraged me to take the size above...
That's what I did, but when the hat arrived very quickly, I realized that it is at least one size too big. I call again, and I am told that if I can fit a finger between the hat and my head, it's one size too big; I am therefore about to return the item, except that the return costs are at my expense, while you are the source of the error...
This is not very commercial on your part... I have no choice, but if you do not make a gesture, I will not return to you and will give you the publicity you deserve.

If I advised you this size, it is because based on the information given, I know that this hat runs small and that we have been advising in our hat shop since 1880 to take a size above.
If the size communicated during our first phone conversation does not match what we actually have, there may be an error.
To avoid any problems, please let us know during your return, and we will offer you a hat brush worth 10 euros.
Remaining at your disposal on the subject of hat sizes, which I am keen to resolve.

For each product, there is only one photo. I ordered a hat that did not fit me at all, and therefore I wanted to return it. Not possible to do so from my phone. Not possible to download the return slip. It cost me 8.64 euros to return it by Colissimo, and so I have no hat, and it cost me 8.65 euros. Not satisfied at all.

Between the purchase decision and delivery, the steps of the process are quite fast.
Not very headgear at first glance, the items selected based on their photo and description turned out to be consistent with the prior idea.
Finally, after comparing with other suppliers, it turns out that the models offered are difficult to find elsewhere (the surprise mainly results from the quality of the materials to the touch - an effect that cannot be conveyed via a photo).
In conclusion, beyond the surprise, the fact of having taken the plunge for caps and hats is very satisfying and conclusive (even if the current winter cold has helped a bit and contributed but not too much in the end).

Happy with the products of my order, exactly matching the proposal of the site and perfect size. I take away one star because of delivery issues, only one item out of two in the package. But after contacting TRACLET, the problem was resolved very quickly, the second item was sent again and everything is OK. Surely a small issue at the start of shipping, nothing serious.
