Following an email, I was told: "The Biarritz model is the same model as the Basica that was delivered to us in order to ship before Christmas." We apologize for this inconvenience.
The explanation is that currently the carrier delivering the basica is on strike and our packages have been blocked for 10 days on a platform.
We will have our packages only at the end of the week or early January.
In order for everyone to receive gifts before Christmas; we sent the Biarritz model. Which is of the same quality but with a different logo.
If this is not suitable, we can send you the correct beret with a good return as soon as we receive them.
