Here is what I can tell you about my purchase. I ordered a navy blue headband Haute Savoie that I received according to this order but the hat was supposed to be navy blue with Haute Savoie embroidery as well but I received a white hat. I will keep it to give as a gift but I regret this mistake.

Site easy to navigate, clear information, fast delivery. Only 'drawback' the number of products offered for sale sometimes complicates the choice.

Very satisfied with the bicorne ... it will fit my head size with time.
However, the manufacturing time was more than doubled (ordered in October received mid-December).
Communication almost non-existent... you have to go fishing for information.
But very beautiful bicorne.

Thank you for the fast delivery. The shapes of the caps purchased are perfect, fabric a bit loose. All items are good quality/price I think. Thank you

The presentation photos on the site do not show that the underside of the brim is dark khaki. Too bad, I probably wouldn't have chosen this model if I had known about this particularity

I got the same hat in Canada a few years ago; the quality of this one is superior to the one received. Chinese manufacturing... While the previous one is made in Canada. You are not to blame.

Quality item but disappointed upon receipt as it does not match the order. Quick response from customer service stating that the item in question was no longer available and immediate change of the webpage but too late for me.

Serious and quality company. Impeccable and fast delivery. The photo visual could perhaps be improved (rendering, color), as well as the size information (head circumference), width of the fur, etc... to help with the choice.

Duckbill cap S/M - 54-57 cm. (+) Very interesting price / Good material composition. (-) Only if your head circumference is 56,57cm. If not, then get yourself another headgear that fits your exact head size because this one is not adjustable!

Beautiful quality, however the size is not respected. I ordered a size 58/59 and I ended up with a head circumference of 60.5 size L. I will have to return it to get a size down. If only you weren't so far...

Overall compliant with the expected model, the size is perfect, excellent quality of the product. However, the title of my order is: "Navy Blue English Bob". The one I just received is black and therefore does not exactly match my order.
