The received package was damaged, hat partially flattened, fortunately it is a 'crushable' model

Price far too high for a very basic cap quality. Return costs at our expense, for changing a size for example, while the price initially paid is ultimately very high. Late delivery. I do not recommend.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
The work cap is as indicated a cap for work and therefore a simple cap that we sell to personnel driving steam locomotives.
We are one of the last to manufacture this type of cap made in Europe.
Please let us know the type of finishing you want to see if we already have this finishing.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

Perfect, thank you for the timely delivery after our email exchanges. But you should remove your mention of 'delivery in 24 to 48 hours'. It would be more honest. As for the chapka, it meets my expectations. All's well that ends well!

Product not compliant. Inner band of the Egean cap announced as being leather while it is canvas on the received model.

The product does not match the description: Contrary to what was said, the neck strap is not Velcro but a lace. Impossible to change as it is a gift for someone who was leaving for cold countries in the following days.

Satisfied with the delivery, yes and no: the cap (56_57) is 'large' compared to other caps I own. It will need a small modification as 54_55 seems too small to me.

When the delivery time is long, it would be important to regularly reassure the customer about the situation, for example by sending an email once a week.

Item received within the announced timeframe. Well picked up at the relay as I was away. Perfect size. Color matches. A small stain on top, which I hope will disappear after the first wash. Still need to test it under the sun of Agadir during my next stay…

A bit large for small, I wear 55, nice material, I would have appreciated the lace of the chin strap. Very nice hat, very happy, thank you. Fast delivery.

The 'Head Reducer' arrived in two days. A small strip of soft fabric surrounding foam. The installation is not obvious even with the video that does not cover all situations. Product reducing the hat size by 1.5 pt, effective therefore, but tricky with double-sided tape. Personally, I had the band sewn. Count 15€ with shipping.

The cap is poorly represented in the photo, it's a shame. Taking several angles would be a good idea.
