Nothing to complain about the site itself. I have something to say about the size of the received products which are too small. This is the second time this has happened. The first time it was a gift that was given to me - a winter cap in size 63 - which corresponded at most to size 61. Therefore, I never wore it. This time I ordered a cap - Le Coteau - supposedly size 64 and it measures 61.5. The second - flat cap Brit cotton - is an XXL which, according to the size chart on the Traclet site, should go up to 63. It also measures 61.5 cm.

I was absent ... but I had written in the notes another address that they did not take into consideration. In the email, they wrote to me where I could go to pick up the package but I have not yet received any news.. I believe that the site has published untrue information and for this reason, I will request a refund.
