The site works well. But the delivery by colissimo (to a pickup point) is not correct at all: announced delay not respected, incoherent and misleading messages.

The delivery time is not respected (3-4 weeks). The order was only delivered after more than 6 weeks of waiting. Moreover, Traclet could have sent me a message warning me that the delay would be extended. The site only reacted after my complaint after more than 4 weeks of waiting.

I am not satisfied with the quality of one of the hats, and given the delivery delay issues (10 days in colissimo!), I will try to redo the seams myself.

The site is very efficient. Wide choice of models. However, it lacks more large sizes, beyond 62. The delivery was fast. The packaging was careful..

Abroad while waiting to return to France and retrieve my order from my parents, if it's like last time, it should suit me perfectly

The strap that allows you to reduce the head size does not work, it does not hook, and many pieces of straw stick out.

Having had a small issue with a previous hat that was no longer available, I returned it and received a credit for another model which I am perfectly satisfied with. It took a bit of time, but everything went perfectly, thank you again for your professionalism.

The ordered hat is in accordance with the description on the site. It is of very good quality, nothing to complain about on that side. The site deserves to be improved, certainly, it presents the items well but back and forth are necessary to select several items before making a choice (I put the selected items in the cart and after making my choice I deleted the others) I do not regret my purchase and I recommend this merchant.

EASY TO USE SITE. QUALITY PRODUCT. HOWEVER, IT REMAINS COMPLICATED TO BUY A HAT ONLINE. REGARDING SIZE AND POSSIBLY STYLE. I THINK IT SHOULD BE EASIER TO RETURN AND EXCHANGE.

Nice site, it would be good to be able to filter by multiple criteria. Several shapes of hats at the same time for example or several materials at the same time
