Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

good product but bad packaging

perfect except too big for my head 54 would have been perfect playing on two sizes results in a bad rendering really a shame

An important choice that allows for better knowledge of product ranges.

Fast navigation and very large choice at all prices.

Site offering a wide range of criteria for product search.

Varied products

One month delivery delay, not announced at the order, really annoying. Once delivered, beautiful products. I probably won't order here again.

The mobile version is not very practical. Moreover, it would be good to be able to use multiple filters during the search, including the origin of the product, the materials used, and the different attributes (waterproof, warm, etc.).

Good shopping experience, the ordered product is of quality (although a bit pricey I must admit) and the delivery went very well.

Totally satisfied

Quality products

Choice and always a bit more research for those +60 or xl .. In the low prices it's 57 or 59 most often. Too bad!

"Good but can do better!" The site is well designed, clear and easy to navigate. The offer is diversified, and it's enjoyable to search there.
However, a few points temper this good first impression:
spelling mistakes that would make a middle school student blush on the site and deserve thorough correction, the delivery announced in 24 to 72 hours took 5 days (it's a detail but accumulated with the rest, it undermines trust in the brand), the ordered product arrived defective (badly sewn strap that detached after 2 minutes), the telephone reception regarding the product return was surreal as my interlocutor seemed indifferent. Finally, and this is where my misunderstanding lies, we are dealing with rather high prices which leads to high expectations partially disappointed by reality.
Last disappointing detail: the fact that the return is at the customer's expense while it is free on many sites, whereas depending on the brand and the product the size may not fit.

Choice, brands, quality: you can feel that you are dealing with specialists.
The products under the "Traclet" label are of very good quality!

The ordered hats correspond well to the descriptions.

I like the hat and it seems to be of good quality. But at the time of ordering, it was mentioned 1 to 2 weeks delay. In reality, it was 20 days. After 2 weeks, I asked for news about my hat via my account. No response. I called. Voicemail. No response. And the hat finally arrived almost 3 weeks after the order but at a different relay than originally planned.

Correct

The hat arrived on time but I am disappointed with the quality: the flat part of the hat is actually deformed, while the package seems intact. Moreover, the headband is not functional at all: the hat does not stay tilted because the attachment is insufficient;

Very well-stocked site; however, slightly more precise descriptions and a refined color rendering would be welcome.

Delivery too long and does not respect the delivery conditions, I am waiting for my package which was supposed to be delivered on July 22 and I hope to receive my package on July 24. 6A27852657985

The manufacturing and thus delivery time was particularly very long

Product compliant, order preparation to be reviewed

Delivery quite long but due to stock shortage
However, while my size is indeed 59
and I ordered the 58/59 it is too big

Good delivery.

Beautiful products, several price ranges according to one's means, delivered very quickly.
There is already a large choice, but we always want more!

Waiting times without too much information

Easy purchase, relatively fast delivery.

Item corresponds. Good follow-up email of concern because 1st delivery long, quick response.

I am on vacation

Delivery time a bit long

Deadline not respected compared to the announced deadline

hat sent in excellent condition
in a suitable box. Top

Very good site, good offers however it can be improved by refining the search tool (filters) and adding additional items to help novice customers choose well, and

One of the hats is not the size I ordered. A bit disappointed because I really needed it for my hikes.

Impeccable for payment (possibility by check), notification if delayed, up to delivery solid discreet and well-packaged parcel... Informed about the follow-up. Nothing to complain about! Perfect!

very satisfied

very good

Fast delivery

Perfect, except that the item arrived almost a month late, stock shortage showing on my "order" account. I received no news during this time, wondering if I would receive this summer cap before winter. I then called and was told that the item would leave the hat shop the next day, which was the case.
Apart from this incident, the item is perfect, interesting because foldable. I plan to order a second cap soon.
Best regards,
Mf

Lack of information on order tracking. However, I appreciated that my comment on the order was taken into account. Very satisfied with the quality of the product.
