Delay too long without explanation and having to call by phone not receiving emails because the address on the site is incorrect?
Information took too long to finally reach me....

Hello, I regret to give a mediocre review as it is presumably my fault, indeed my cap corresponds perfectly to what I wanted but it is unfortunately too big.

Practical, user-friendly site but the photos and descriptions presented do not fully correspond to the reality of the product when you have it in hand!!!

The dimensions for some items are missing, notably the length of the visors. Too bad

Order placed and debited the first week of April and shipped, after a follow-up more than a month later, with 2 sizes smaller. Disappointing.

Very good brand, many choices, quality products, attractive website. Really nothing to complain about on the product side. If I don't give the maximum rating, it's simply for delivery reasons: I find it unfortunate that there is no possibility of home delivery, and that delivery to a pickup point is also charged. For products at a significant price (even if justified), and in a very competitive world at this level, it generates hesitation in ordering, perhaps for some customers, a purchase elsewhere.

One question; is beige the new khaki?
When I look at the delivered hat and the one ordered, the color does not match what is announced. I was expecting a khaki hat and I discover that the inner border is khaki but the hat is beige (Tilley hâte)

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 21/04/2023

Hello
the ltm6 hat in khaki is khaki in color with an olive underside. The beige or natural color is a very light beige as well as the underside of the edges.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards
