Very thin UV protection bucket hat on top to the point of letting light through so I doubt its effectiveness. Therefore, expensive item with a very poor quality/price ratio. I will keep my old one which is much thicker.

Better specify if it's a beanie (thus closed) or a cap without a visor (open back).
The metal at the back of one of the ordered products is not pleasant.

By nature patient, I would have just liked to be informed of the true delivery time.
I know well that the ordered cap is not the best seller and that the journey from Ireland can take time.
Irreproachable quality of the material, the Donegal tweed is impeccable. I was supposed to go there this summer, but due to passport issues, I won't go. Ireland has thus arrived in Brittany through you.
Thank you

I hope this is an exception, but 5 months between order and delivery is way too long! That said, the welcome at the store was impeccable, and the people answering the phone calls were cordial.

Good quality. Size as expected. With an inner lining and a leather headband, it might be a bit more expensive, but top of the line.

Deception about the quality of the berets; they were not alpine hunter hats, see École Militaire des Chasseurs Alpins in Chamonix.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, there is no deception but simply the military model is not this one. The military model is the one without a cap or inner leather. Here is the link for the military model: https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/beret-militaire/3887-authentique-beret-chasseur-alpin.html. It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit you. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien.
