Only 3 stars because my order placed on 20/12, which was supposed to be delivered in 24 to 48 hours (planned as a Christmas gift), was delivered on 26/12 and at a pickup point much further away than the one selected!!! Failed Christmas gift... Thank you Traclet!

I would have liked to be informed (after my order) of the length of the delivery time,... And I appreciate little that it finally took place, but not at the last requested address!

The item does not exactly match the image on your site; it is not assembled in the same way.

Good site, quality and choice of items are good.
Only problem is the chronopost delivery service is totally failing.

the shipment was given for 3 to 5 days, it arrived in 3 days just before Christmas. Phew nothing to say about the expected speed.

For a delivery to overseas territories, they could charge tax-free since customs taxes upon arrival, ending up with more shipping and tax than the price of the item.

A cap at this price should have a foam lining in the visor to prevent deformation

I do not understand why the beret I bought, which is supposed to come from the Laulhère factory, does not bear the characteristic label in the cap nor the small verification badge on the side.

I received the cap in size L while I had ordered M. A request for exchange will certainly be asked if the size does not fit. Regards, A.B

Correct delivery, but the item (women's hat) is small, and the fleece lining is only on a small part (edge), and it is in openwork knit that will let the cold through.

I had ordered a chapka, received without any problem within the expected time. This item was in a packaging box. I suggest, if it is not already the case, that the delivered product be presented in a simple 'case' that would enhance it and fit in the packaging. This could be simple and very inexpensive. The whole would have more character. Merry Christmas and best wishes to all your staff.

It is noted "made in Europe" on the site, but it is "made in RPC", that is to say made in China, and this is an important criterion for me...
