The site is very good. It was after the processing of the credit card that things were less good. Firstly, no confirmation email before the follow-up. No expected delivery date given. Three weeks after payment, I sent an email asking for an idea of the delivery date, no response, but I received a shipping notice for the next day. One of the two hats arrived, very beautiful and well packaged, (maybe too small but that can be adjusted later). I still have no news about the other one and you are already asking me to leave a review, as if the order was finalized, that worries me a bit.

thank you for your message, it is unfortunate to have such feedback. If the product does not suit you, it is certainly possible to return it. We have 3 photos showing the product, from our side at no time did we indicate that it was sewn or glued because for the garnishes to be on the beret the simplest is to glue them since we do not have these garnishes with a button to sew them.
