The cap is beautiful. It was supposedly sold as being linen. In fact, it is cotton, as marked on the labels. And it is not a Hatteras.

I had a bit of trouble finding my account. I received a message inviting me to finalize my purchase (item in the cart), while I had already made my purchase and received my invoice. I wondered if I had made the same purchase twice..

Hello,
Product well delivered. It is of very good quality and an excellent value for money.
I just find the hat a bit high when wearing it, but that's unfortunately the risk when you can't try it on beforehand.
Otherwise, nothing to complain about, it's very good.

fast delivery. However, the package was slightly torn. Since it was a cotton beanie, the risk of deterioration was minimal.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, sorry, according to your order it is a children's cap and not a hat. This cap is indeed as indicated made in China. However, unless mistaken, our cap is not sold on AliExpress. It is a cap made for a brand and is not resold on this marketplace. If this model does not suit you, it is of course possible to change it for another product or a refund. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Easy navigation, I asked a question by email and they responded really quickly.
I bought two hats, one of which is straw and I am a bit disappointed by the quality, however the 2nd is perfect.

Adequate navigation. Maybe add subcategories for caps for example: flat caps, army caps...

Item conforms to the order although it had to be modified after validation since the registered product had nothing to do with my ordered basket. But everything was sorted out after an email sent to the seller.

Many models. However, it is a pity not to have any size in cm on the one-size models. This resulted in a return because it was far too small. Only my 12-year-old child could wear it. It is also a pity not to have staff available by phone.

I had given 5 to my previous order because it was impeccable, now 2 (Bad). It's far from being the case for this one. My partner's hat costing over 100€ arrived with numerous defects, several threads had to be properly adjusted as well as pieces of straw.

The positive, a large selection on this site. However, the shipping time was longer than announced during the order (5 weeks instead of 2/3 weeks).

Perfect, no problem on the site, only the access to secure payment posed a problem quickly resolved by the call and the speed of the advisor on the phone, hence an error in the payment registration and a delay in delivery.
