The ordered products are of very good quality and conform to the description. Nothing to say really. A slight delay in the announced delivery date but the concerned service did what was necessary and the order arrived before the 'fateful date' ... My cap is perfect, my mittens are pleasant. Excellent service, excellent product(s), Satisfied Customer so nothing to report!

I like the hat (quality) but it wasn't really what I wanted, and moreover the brown is very dark.

Regarding the use of the site up to the order, nothing to say, everything went well. The ordered product is of quality, now let's see how it performs in use.
The only issue in the process is the delivery by COLISSIMO. Still as catastrophic, like this company. I was almost lucky to have received my package. This is certainly the only point that will make me hesitate to order from Traclet in the future unfortunately. Unless another option allows for home delivery...

The French colonial helmet in large size is much smaller than expected. I bought this colonial helmet which is described as adjustable for sizes 60-64. My head measures 61.5 cm, but even in its widest position, it is too tight for me. To end on a positive note: the hat was delivered quickly.

I am happy with the hat.
Instructions on how to care for a straw hat would have been great.

2 hats ordered, one slightly too small and the other slightly too big, the use of cork bands is necessary.

Light hat and nice appearance. Only downside impossible to insert a cork band to adjust it on the head

Very well packaged hat, no deformation as the box is the right size.
Regarding the hat itself I am a bit disappointed because having chosen a size XL which corresponds to size 60/61 on the product page, I find it too tight even though I have a head circumference of 59. Looking at the label it is indicated 60.... I would have liked to be able to choose between 60 and 61 but apparently it's Russian roulette in any case be careful it runs small!

Order taking without problem, but once it's done, you announce that there is a stock shortage, without giving a delivery time and you charge the credit card. Not very correct

Fundamentally disappointed not to find your hat in local hat shops or at summer markets, and having to order it online with all the precariousness of Ubers and transport that this generates. A cost that explodes as a result!

Very good, despite some scares after online payment: I received two messages that were directed to spam. I did not open them and I do not know their content. However, I had previously received the payment notice in due form.
