Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
I only give three solely for the delivery time. The beret is beautiful and of remarkable quality. But more than a month to be delivered is unacceptable!!! Without follow-ups on my part, I might still be waiting. I can understand a stock shortage, but not the lack of information.

The site indicates delivery in 24/72h....: order placed on November 7 and shipped on November 16. Even if there is a holiday, that's a long time.

Hello. When choosing the delivery method, I opted to have the 3 ordered hats delivered to my home without mandatory signature. This allowed me not to be present at the time of delivery. In the end, the choice of packaging was not suitable for a standard mailbox, and therefore could not fit inside. In the end, I had to go pick up my package at the post office. Please adapt your packaging to mailboxes, especially since three hats should fit in many mailboxes!!!

2 points to absolutely improve I think:
- The package arrived almost open as the craft tape used is fragile, and there was no protection against crushing the hat... really not great.
- The quality of the hat: I still spent 70 euros on this hat, and it's almost like a joke costume hat... a bit better finished, but the quality and sturdiness of the hat for this price is really below what we expect...

The site does not work well. After placing an order, I received a message informing me of a stock shortage, I ask about the delay, same automatic response about the stock shortage, the next day I received the package.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, thank you for your message. The order was placed on 12/11/21 with a product that had a delay of 2-3 weeks as indicated when choosing the size on the site. Then, the bob was shipped on 17/11/21 because we finished it in production; that is why on the day of your email, a tracking email was sent to you. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Out of the three night caps purchased (one was supposed to be black but was delivered white), my husband appreciates the quality of the two white ones. The third one (beige) is tighter and can serve as an outdoor cap. I am satisfied with my order although the delivery was too long.

I regret that I was advised to take the widest head circumference, which means I ended up with a hat that is ultimately too big...
