Too bad you put glue on the belt that is on the hat if you want to remove it, it leaves nice glue marks.

The site is very well done, however when you order you are given a delivery time of 3 weeks and I waited 1 month and a half to be delivered (after having called and complained, coincidentally the same day my order was shipped!).

Hello
Please excuse us for this delay, currently Tilley has delays in its production of Tilley wanderer. We had arrivals the week of your call; that is why it was shipped the day of your order.
We hope that the Tilley hat will satisfy you.
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

The cap did not match the ordered model and arrived more than a month and a half late! Good quality, fortunately!

Correct presentation, but in my case, the product received did not correspond - by far - to that presented on the site.

The product corresponds well to my order, the quality of the clip that tightens the chin strap is difficult to handle, its quality is therefore average.

I expected to receive my hat in a box to keep it in good condition, but I simply received it in a packaging box, so I have to find a way to store it while keeping its shape... I am very disappointed..:(

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello,
The Flechet brand does not offer a hat box for its models.
However, we offer hat boxes for storage.
The cartons are necessary for transport so that you can receive them in good condition and in good shape, which is the most important.
Then if you want a hat box for storage, we have them but it is a different service. Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

the post forced the package to fit in the box, impossible to take it out, had to tear the cardboard at the risk of damaging its contents, complaint made to the post office.

Hello, your site is intuitive, the delivery was made on time but disappointment upon opening, indeed, I ordered black suspenders and received beige ones, despite the delivery note conforming to my choice. Given the short time frame of my ceremony, I am forced to keep them. A bit disappointed even if the product itself has not yet been worn

very nice hat, sturdy and well protecting from the sun and cold. Nevertheless, it's a pity that the lining at the bottom is not also made of hemp.
