I ordered a Tilley hat, I paid for express delivery with TNT, to receive the package the day after shipping as indicated. The item was shipped on June 25. On June 29, having still received nothing, I called. I was sent an email saying that the item had indeed been shipped. I was finally delivered on July 1. The logistics really leaves much to be desired.

In the event that the TNT carrier did not deliver the next day, we made a complaint, but this information should be noted for the carrier and not our company which does not handle delivery.
