Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Very long wait

Receipt conforms to the order. Too bad this hat does not have an inner lining.

Average

Navigation often interrupted and unclear.

A bit disappointed with customer service (regarding an unapplied discount voucher), which asked me for a copy of this voucher, which I sent by email on May 25 and still no response to this day!!!

Too bad you can't pay with your own credit card, you have to go through PayPal.

GOOD PRESENTATION OF PRODUCTS AND THEIR DESCRIPTION. QUICK SHIPPING IN A SHORT TIME. CAREFUL PACKAGING. I AM DISCOVERING THESE PRODUCTS, TIME IS NEEDED TO APPRECIATE THEM, UPON UNPACKING, THESE HATS SEEM TO MEET MY EXPECTATIONS.

More detailed view would be better.

The item is very well finished.

For a first order: TOP!

Upon receiving my product, I am a bit disappointed regarding the quality of the finish and the price of the product which seems a bit expensive to me!!!!

I find that the delivery is very long, I am disappointed!

Trilby received according to the indications. Product also conforms to the description. Indeed, it is a bit small: the 58 is borderline for my head circumference of 57, and the 57 is too small.

Product meets my expectations.

Delivery time much too long (several weeks). Quality/price ratio not interesting. I am not satisfied with the delivery due to the delays. Otherwise, very correct reception by the chosen distribution center.

No problems encountered regarding navigation and service. Complete satisfaction.

Very good products, but very long delay and no information.

no problem !!

Good, nothing to say

Well-made site. Easy and clear for navigation. I will return.

The order took time to arrive but everything arrived well in the end. I am satisfied.

Very good site with a wide variety of headgear choices, I already plan to recommend, very satisfied! Deliveries are very fast and reliable.

Shoddy manufacturing.

Too bad there is no photo with the hat worn for each item.

Very good item delivery in good condition.

despite a delay for delivery 1 month after the order it's not reasonable

Everything went as planned. The product is particularly well packaged.

Nothing to say about the site, and the order is consistent with the model seen on the site. A good month delay between order and delivery, no information in the meantime, it's borderline when ordering for a ceremony. And a small downside, I received 2 emails 1 minute apart, one informing me that the order had been shipped and the second saying 'in restocking', so contradictory....and disturbing: what to understand??.

quality and just perfect size

Relatively well-made site could be more explicit about manufacturing and delivery times.

A long-time customer, I was surprised by the management of this order. Indeed, you have a very good automatic reminder system for the cart from a marketing point of view. However, there are bugs, probably related to IT, certainly. But very annoying, as they make it impossible to place an order with a choice of delivery and payment. So, well done, someone at your place has recovered the problem and managed it. In absolute terms, this is not normal. I had to write several times to explain the situation. I was reminded about my cart and no one answered my questions. Finally, there is a person who took the case in hand, perhaps because I reminded them that I was a 'long-time customer'. So my rating is more relative to the 'bug'...... It's up to you to see. Thanks again to the person who 'reacted', well done and congratulations.

Fast delivery, item conforms to the description, I will certainly recommend.

Very good

Quality products

Very good site and service. But disappointed with the products received. Of the two head coverings ordered in the same size, one is too small, the other too big. I always have reservations about ordering this kind of product online, I think this is the last time. It would be good to check the actual size of the items sold and provide indications in the product sheets, such as 'size large' or 'order one size down'.

Fast delivery but poor quality product that does not match the quality of your hats.

Very good telephone reception. Very good reception also at the factory.

I would give a real review when I have worn the hat a bit...

The order went well, the cap is very nice. Unfortunately, it is a little too big, the size below would probably have been too small. I just found it very complicated to choose given the very wide selection.

Perfect
