Good product but delivery times a bit long and (it's a shame) logo a bit too small.

Nothing to say about my order, except that the size does not fit after all and that the return costs are at our expense, it's a shame..!

Navigating the site is quite easy. It would be beneficial to have a bit more photos per hat. The shipping is fast, however the delivery was not up to par in the sense that the package was left at the bottom of the stairs (individual house) on a rainy day without a phone call or knock on the door while we were at home. Result: wet cardboard and fortunately a friend was passing by and went up the stairs to retrieve the package to bring it to safety!

I received the ordered hat but it was in the same packaging box without a box or bag to protect it. This surprised and disappointed me regarding the treatment given to the merchandise. Otherwise, the delivery was on time and the hat matched my request.

The shipping and return costs for a €10 item are too high...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, thank you for your message. The shipping costs for a colissimo are €4.95 for sending and we cannot reduce these shipping costs without then deteriorating the delivery. If you have another solution, we are of course listening. Remaining at your disposal for exchanges. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Fast delivery. The problem with buying clothes by mail is that you can't try them on before purchase. Newsboy caps larger than desired.

Indeed, I had tried to contact the hat shop by email but I was not getting a response, as I still had not received the hat and the money had been withdrawn from my account for a long time (order placed almost 1 month before).
I had to intervene by threatening to make a formal notice if there was no response within 8 days. The next day I received one where they told me it was a mistake. They had sent me a screenshot of an order but from another person. On the same day, I received another email from them saying that my order had been shipped and that it would arrive in 4 days: which indeed happened.

If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have heard anything about a cane purchased for a birthday on 04/18. It arrived 12 days later on 04/30, the day of the birthday, phew!!

Good experience for my first order in terms of navigation for choosing my hat and regarding delivery tracking. I take away one star because the hat arrived really wrinkled without any shape and with very marked creases: a bit of a shame considering the quality of the hat which seems to be present.
