Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

The order arrived as expected
No issues with the order and delivery
Package in perfect condition

After paying for the product ordered online, I received a message from TRACLET informing me that there would be a delay in its delivery due to stock shortages!
Then, two days later, an email from TRACLET indicated that the cap was... being shipped!! I was completely confused; anyway, my order did arrive. It may have been a lack of coordination between the services.
Regarding the delivery, even though I had specified that this package was intended for an elderly person with reduced mobility, etc... and that I had communicated her mobile number so she could be contacted during delivery, the person in charge of delivering the package did not contact the recipient (even though her mobile number was prominently displayed on the package!), and was about to leave without dropping off the package while the recipient was at home.

Clear and practical navigation.
I have placed several orders on the Chapellerie Traclet site, quality, satisfied.
I recommend.

No

A certain service offer but I had to look for the answer each time, until the last person who took care of me. Thank you for allowing the purchase to go through but buying remotely is not easy for a pair of gloves (with a very limited choice)

Everything is clear

Not delivered to home but to a pickup point

satisfied - item conforms to the catalog

Satisfied with my order.

2 strange things:
In my order, it is specified that I would have to wait because there are supply difficulties... I asked by email for explanations, an idea of the new deadline... no response!!!!
And yet within 48 hours I was notified that my order was shipped and I could track my package!!
On the announced day of receiving my package at a Relay point, I received a text message saying that my package was blocked because I had customs fees to pay and I was invited to connect to a website.... I did not respond to this text which was a scam..... I received my package without any issues
BUT HOW DID THEY GET MY NUMBER??????????????

Delivery was compliant and fast.

Fast Delivery

Include photos with faces or head shapes

Simple navigation, a wide choice of products, fast delivery.
However, returns could be handled by the company (other than for payments via PayPal).

Great, thank you, they are perfect, I recommend you, thanks again

Good packaging of the package
speed of sending the package

Everything is very good

Fast delivery but the ordered item is not the right one and my order arrived at another customer...

Product conforms to the description but runs small, I took 54/55 which corresponds to S, better to take the next size up. The product is a good value for money

Perfect
Ready to go to sea

Quality product

Satisfied from a quality standpoint but the paper that was put inside was poorly placed, deforming the front of the cap. Too bad

Very nice hat, I was super happy I didn't have to wait an eternity to receive it but unfortunately it was too big so I returned it to receive one in my size

The items I ordered were out of stock (availability in 2 or 3 weeks). After 6 weeks of waiting, I had to make a complaint for them to finally be sent to me. In the meantime, I received no information. Order tracking seems to have some misses.

Good quality hats... but I absolutely wanted a hat made in France, and I ordered it as such. On one of the two, no origin so no certainty.... and on the second, made in Italy. I would have preferred a bit more honesty.

Your company's website is well designed and navigation is pleasant; Delivery was in accordance with the expected deadlines.
Disappointment regarding the Amalfi visor cap - Traclet ....

I did not encounter any particular issues with your site. The product received corresponds exactly to the order and the delivery time is quite correct

The delivery was fast and compliant

Nothing to say about Traclet but the delivery by Colissimo is really very disappointing: package found torn in the hall of my building.
Goods fortunately recovered but please offer another delivery method like Mondial Relay.
Delivery beyond 72 hours!

Nice, easy in the advice

Overall I am satisfied with my order and the site's respect for the 24-hour delivery time.

We are surprised to find that the 2 hats are not of identical manufacture!!!

Very good product

No problem with the order and delivery. Perfect for a first order.

beautiful quality, top packaging

Package received opened...

I gave 4 stars because the product was not available and this was not indicated at the time of purchase otherwise nothing to complain about.

Hello to the team, I am very satisfied overall with the Chapellerie Traclet website, it only features quality manufacturers and a wide selection of flat caps. I had given recommendations on the selection of my London City Sport cap regarding its assembly which I wanted to be perfectly symmetrical, and they were respected and I am very happy because it is of beautiful precise and neat workmanship, the seams are fine and the fitting of the pieces is almost perfect, the satin interior is very comfortable as you immediately feel the warmth caused by the virgin wool but without having a suffocating head even when wearing it for several hours in a row. The colors are a bit warmer and darker than in the picture, and I would have appreciated a slightly brighter blue, but this gives it a relatively warm chic. Just a small point to reach perfection, the loop of the back strap is not perfectly centered in its adjustment especially since it is a decorative strap that does not allow tightening... but it can be fixed. Otherwise, it fits correctly, the 58 fits just right, I can't take it off! So thank you to the manufacturer City Sport and the Chapellerie Traclet for its selection! I am also disappointed not to have received a welcome commercial offer for my first order which also fell on my birthday, which is why I only gave 4 **** instead of 5, because most shops take care of their customers on this point. Delivery on time, nothing to say, but we would like to find goodies such as a catalog, a cover with the name of the hat shop or the manufacturer, a mini travel brush, stickers, loyalty card... the little extra imbued with care and consideration for the customer that is lacking everywhere today and that triggers loyalty! Thank you anyway and see you soon for a future Stetson purchase planned for next winter, if that's not a stretched pole...

Great choice, easy navigation
