Navigation, ordering, and delivery top-notch. Gray cap is okay but nothing more and black cap beanie is shapeless and irregular in height, just enough to wear indoors to keep warm but I won't wear it outside for fear of ridicule. Disappointed by the quality of the products from this 3rd order.

IT'S A SHAME THAT WE CANNOT VISUALLY APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS ON THE SITE. THE FINISH OF ONE OF THE ORDERED ITEMS LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

I had contacted the hat shop in December for this cdé and the person I spoke to on the phone was supposed to call me back to tell me when this model would be available. Fortunately, I looked again because otherwise I would still be waiting for their call.

Clear site, order placed on March 10 and received on March 31. Good quality hat and the right size.
Only small downside: the order history did not indicate the exact tracking of my purchase.
I recommend this very professional site.

Pleasant navigation. Delivery three and a half months after the order, way too long.
Item too big, the shape does not fit, so return with a request for a refund. What a disappointment!

Hello,
The delay was very long because this hat is made in Australia and with the lockdown there and current transport issues; the delay was extended.
You indicate that the hat is different from the one ordered in December, please let us know the order reference as we have no order with your name or email address.
There are indeed many other Jacaru models with different crown heights.
Remaining at your disposal.
Best regards

Very large selection of hats, but I gave 4/5 because the packaging box was far too large for 2 small bucket hats.

Navigation is not always easy to find a hat, fortunately there is the possibility to review the hats that have been previously spotted. The return is not always relevant.
