Happy to receive my Australian hat at 12 PM today, March 15, 2021. I put it on my head immediately while doing the most important thing for me, which is to lift the edges using the side snap buttons. A minute later, without forcing at all, I wanted to lower the sides to see my hat fully open and, to my unpleasant surprise, the left eyelet (male fitting) came out of the fabric, pulled by the female fitting button; leaving an unusable hole now.
