Delivery times extremely long, without explanations or apologies... Regarding the games, even if you win, you receive nothing. Not reliable, indifference towards the customer.

Problem with the IT system. We go in circles when we have the password issue and the need to order and that 'my account' cannot complete normally

A good product exactly as advertised. However, a total lack of communication from the after-sales service. After the purchase, no further information on the progress of the order.

Order placed on 04/06/2020, without news for 2 weeks I send a message and receive a response on the 20th saying: "The wide-brimmed hat will be shipped at the beginning of next week. Normally, you should receive it Wednesday or Thursday at your home." Not receiving anything, I follow up and receive a response on the 26th informing me that the production of the hat was completed that day. Additional delays are not always a problem, but sometimes you may need a product within a specific timeframe and - if necessary - need to organize if timely delivery is not possible. The product seems to be of good quality, but a customer service that does not communicate does not necessarily make you want to order again.

I find the website not very attractive and modern. The products are so beautiful and of good quality when you receive your package which is well packaged by the way, and I find it a shame that the website does not showcase your magnificent products.

I am disappointed for a site that claims to be French; the hat is not French.

It would be nice to receive an email confirmation of the order. There is too long a delay between the order and delivery. Otherwise, the cap seems to be of good quality.

The site is very slow and the purchasing procedure is a bit tedious due to these slowness. The ordered caps are of excellent quality.

Interesting site but should evolve its interface, remove non-existent products (which are simply no longer available) and allow, like many sites, payment in installments starting from 100 euros.

Matches the description. Nice hat. Too bad there are lots of threads sticking out, it didn't look clean. A few snips of scissors fixed that.

The price of my hat was 19.00 euros at the end of the series with a photo as proof. At the time of placing my order, the price was no longer the same 35 euros. I reported it to the Traclet house who asked me for the proof photo. To this day I have no response. Not very commercial, disappointed.

Hello, all my orders have been fulfilled very satisfactorily. However, I would like to point out that some products (a half Stetson top hat, for example) are offered as "favorites" and "coming soon" for months without any way to obtain them, which is frustrating and prevents a replacement purchase.

I received the delivery but I am being asked to pay another 20.50 CHF to pick up the package. However, during my order, the shipping fee was already included in the price. Therefore, I still have not picked up the package before having an explanation. And if I have to pay this amount, I will directly return it and demand a refund.

First order! No particular problem regarding the site BUT A BIG PROBLEM as soon as the item is not available, I only received information about a restocking issue AFTER I had placed, validated, and paid for the order! I did not appreciate at all this principle of not informing at the time of the order!
