Lack of responsiveness regarding claims, returns, and product exchanges. The product below was not available in my size.

Site quite confusing. Unlikely and inaccurate size for orders outside of one size.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, can you tell us about the issues encountered with unlikely sizes? Indeed, we make hats and caps up to size 70 cm on certain models because some customers do fit this size. If you have examples of issues, please let us know. Best regards, Traclet.

Practical site and wide choice, however it's a pity that there are not more colors offered on the site while they exist at the manufacturer.

For the second time, the hat arrives without labeling. It is too small.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, normally this hat does have an inner label with the reference and size. Can you let us know if you have nothing at the bottom of the crown? Best regards, Traclet.

Very high return costs if I get the size wrong: shipping costs 4.70 + return costs 8€ plus costs for sending back a new size 4.70€

Announced waiting time is much shorter than reality and especially no communication to explain it and thus show us the seriousness of the order follow-up. More 'modest' sites relay every hiccup in the operations, that's what I've noticed over my online purchases.

On the item, it was indicated one size fits all, I have a 57 cm head circumference and honestly, it is frankly just right, and I will not return it because my package got lost and since I only travel by bus, it cost me 5 euros in shipping plus 5 euros for the bus to retrieve it. A bit expensive for transport costs; I absolutely do not blame you (post office issue), but disappointed because I will certainly give it away.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello
Thank you for letting us know your expectations for this bucket hat at 18 euros made of 100% cotton, tailored and with metal eyelets on each side.
We have a photo of this bucket hat that is not necessarily well presented.
Thank you for helping us better understand your comment.
As for the delay, you ordered on Thursday, June 27 at 4 PM. The package was sent out on Friday, June 28. It was delivered to you on Monday, July 1 because, as indicated, delivery takes 2-3 business days since the post does not deliver everywhere on Sundays.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards
Traclet
