The site is good, the Laulhere beret is very nice but the khaki Elosegui beret is not 12 inches, it is 9 or 10

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 14/05/2019

Hello
If the product does not satisfy you, that is an opinion, but we have been selling it for several years and we have good feedback.
We do not understand your very negative message towards us when we always try to do our best.
If the product does not satisfy, it is like everything, it cannot please everyone.
In this case, it needs to be returned and we should not disparage a quality French product.
Best regards
Traclet

Hello
The explanation is simple: the person who makes them was sick for several weeks and we had delays in personalizing your tricorn hat.
We hope that the tricorn will give you complete satisfaction.

Hello
Yes, the delay was extended because Crambes no longer had fabric in stock and we had to wait for their replenishment to provide you with the right color.
We hope that the hat will give you complete satisfaction.
Please excuse us for this inconvenience.

Good straw, the weaving and leather are very good. However, it fits a bit small and the finish with the glue net is average for its price.

I ordered a hat in size XL 60/61 like the 2 Traclets I have been wearing for 10 years, but this one is clearly cut larger, and it has sunk on my head until it hides my eyes.
I returned the hat at a return cost of 7.10€

Translated reviews

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 18/04/2019

Hello
Regarding the sizes of the hats, they have not changed. However, it is possible that the ones you have had for 10 years have shrunk because cotton models shrink with sweat and during cleaning.
It is therefore possible to change it for a smaller size. However, be careful that the hat is not too tight.
Best regards
