Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
My hat arrived much later than announced and it was too small so I didn't have time to exchange it. Very disappointed!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello Valérie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that your hat does not fit you and that the delivery time did not meet your expectations. Indeed, we delivered on June 29 as agreed during our exchanges.
For the size, we make it from size 52 to 62 cm, it would have been quite possible to redo it quickly.
Remaining at your disposal

Online hat shops can quickly disappoint if the packaging is not up to the desired hat. The Traclet house understood this well. I have already ordered hats from other sites but here I admit in terms of packaging, we travel first class with Traclet. Just look, tissue paper, foam crown protection and premium cardboard! Result, the hat arrives in perfect condition. And there, I want to say: "Hats off!"
