The delivery was quick, but the post office messed everything up. I am not very satisfied with the ordered hat, it is extremely stiff, no comfort. Yet I did not buy a low-end model...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, please excuse us for this inconvenience with the post office. Regarding the stiffness of the hat at Brixton with 8-9 cm brims, the felt is stiffened to hold; otherwise, the brims would be like a wide-brimmed hat and would not hold. If you want to make it softer, you can steam it to remove some stiffness. Remaining at your disposal. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien

Problems with delivery. Display "restocking in progress" for several weeks. However, following a complaint, customer service responded quickly, so very well. Finally received the ordered hat after almost a month.
