Chapellerie Traclet delivers consistently fast shipping and reliable service, with many customers noting quick delivery and prompt order handling, sometimes arriving in time for events and performances. The product quality and presentation are repeatedly praised: hats and caps are described as well-made, comfortable to wear, with soft materials and neat finishes that align with photos and expectations. A wide selection and clear value for money are highlighted by shoppers who appreciate diverse options, reasonable prices, and durable, stylish designs. Customer service is perceived as attentive and professional, with straightforward returns and responsive assistance when needed.
Mr. Traclet and his entire team have a very developed sense of customer service. The range of hats offered is very wide with iconic brands and beautiful models. The exchange-return system is flexible and smooth, which seems important to me as it is sometimes difficult to find the perfect hat size remotely.

The specified name for the delivery address was not respected; fortunately, the person had a proxy and was able to pick up the package at the post office. When ordering, in the comments section, I added that it was a birthday gift for my mother; the irony is that it is the text I wrote for your information that was printed and included in the package. Finally, ordering from a store dedicated to hat making, we expect packaging other than the polluting and impersonal plastic. In short, I see no difference between ordering from you (by choice) or ordering from Amazon where, in the end, I would not have paid shipping fees or had an error regarding the recipient's name.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
Hello, we had an address that was below; we did not have any information about another name except that it was for a birthday, but in this case, the name should have been noted directly in the name and surname section for the delivery address. Prisca Groisy, POST OFFICE MONTRICHARD, 58 RUE DE TOURS, 41400 MONTRICHARD VAL DE CHER, France (excluding Dom Tom). For this type of bob at 18 euros, we do not have special packaging apart from our classic packaging. Please excuse us if we forgot to include a note in the package; normally, we add a business card indicating that it is a gift. Best regards, Traclet Sebastien
