I went on the smartphone version.
The search filters are not applicable after a keyword search.
The item I received is not really the same as the one presented in the photo.
Disappointing.

Hello
Thank you for your message, in the case of using the search engine, the filters cannot be used, it's true because it's not the same search system.
Finally, for the model received, please send us a photo at [email protected] to verify that the model sent is indeed the correct one.
Did you check the reference if it is indeed the same?
Remaining at your disposal
Best regards

After efficient navigation on the site, the Traclet house acted quickly for the sending of my headgear; I am very satisfied with it, to the point that I am considering a second one for my secondary residence.

I changed my mind during the order, on the chosen hat. The team's responsiveness is great, I received the newly chosen hat with nothing more than an email sent to request the change. Really I appreciate it
