I live in England and was a bit worried about buying abroad. However, I didn't have to worry as the service was excellent and I am absolutely delighted with my new hat.

I knew what I was looking for: a Tilley, a great Canadian canvas hat (I lost the previous one and a deer must be wearing it now). I found it right away at Traclet and nowhere else. By the way, very nice offer. Ordered on Sunday night, received on Wednesday morning. Impeccable service and product.

Elegant cap and well made, a good choice for sure. However, as another customer expressed, a slightly wider brim would have been welcome. Also, be careful with the size, I chose a 59 and it is really snug compared to other 59s I bought from Traclet before. So measure your head circumference well, but this beautiful hat will surely satisfy you!

I hope this is an exception, but 5 months between order and delivery is way too long! That said, the welcome at the store was impeccable, and the people answering the phone calls were cordial.

Very satisfied except that I wear a size 57 hat and I am a big hat wearer and yours is a bit loose, but it's not a big deal, I ordered some strips to adjust it
