Customer reviews of Chapellerie Traclet

Perfect

Fast and careful delivery

Delivery within the announced deadlines, impeccable packaging and well-protected hat, in short, I don't know if I have a head for a hat but the service makes me want to recommend.

Perfect In fact, this hat is intended for men but for summer walks, the garden and hikes it is also elegant for a woman I wore it with a dress and I was complimented on my elegance Very satisfied

Nothing to complain about! Everything is going smoothly

Perfect. Fast shipping, careful packaging, and high-quality product.

Beautiful hat, exactly as described. Perfect size after measuring according to the site's advice. Express delivery that keeps its promises.

Fast and efficient

Delivery times respected. Perfect site.

The product perfectly meets my expectations.

Great customer service! Great hat and super fast delivery, thank you!!!

As described. Well packaged and fast

Very fast delivery, top-notch

We had a sizing issue. The responsiveness was very effective for making an exchange. I just regret having to pay the return fees when I was not responsible for the mistake.

I had no trouble ordering hats from the wide selection offered on your website.

Perfect! Fast shipping and product quality, top!

Out of stock which is not a problem in itself, but a little lack of communication. A simple word to indicate where the order stands would have sufficed

thank you for the quick shipment! however, in the shipping box, the hat did not have a 'cardboard support' placed so that the hat was well maintained - on its crown; something I find at 'good click good kind'..... not even a booklet for the maintenance of this hat... it would be great to have that for each hat (after all, all different!!) so well personalized by the manufacturers.. or you, official resellers.. thank you

Yes, everything arrived on time and the products are of good quality. Perfect

Nothing to report, beautiful product and good service

Super nice cap, very comfortable and very popular!

Good

Ultra-fast delivery and beautiful hat in the right size, thank you

Everything meets my expectations. Welcome, shipping, product, what more could I ask for? Thank you and see you on the next order.

Bought for a friend of my Japanese daughter as a souvenir of her stay in France. We wanted to give her a hat made in France. The beret is beautiful, of good quality. Thank you for the beautiful gift wrapping.

Well received. Product to be tested before I can comment! But satisfied. Best regards, MP

Fast delivery and perfect service! Keep it up!

The site is clear, the products are numerous. Fast and inexpensive delivery

Beautiful products.

Satisfied, product conforms to my request and fast delivery

Lots of choices.

In line with our expectations.

Beautiful UV hat. Too bad it doesn't fit cm by cm.

Several orders of headgear from Traclet without too many issues (just a size problem once). Order of suspenders arrived with a defect related to the placement of a label on the elastic fibers. Exchange made after return but would have been at my expense if I had not insisted. Had to send a photo of the problem and call because they apparently did not read the reason for the return in the form provided for this purpose. Surprising thing: the new suspenders are a bit different from those received first and returned. The new ones look good compared to the visual on the site unlike the first returned ones whose leather trim was lighter (and not sewn straight by the way) and the metal blocks were not identical (on the new ones it is well written 'Hercule'). Maybe an old collection during the first shipment. The experience is therefore mixed, doubt being allowed and I still do not understand why some businesses find it normal to have such defects just like the threads not stopped on some garments sometimes. Fortunately, exchanges by email and phone are responsive and once the exchange is accepted, the return label arrives very quickly.

Perfect.

Great choice, quality, and fast delivery despite restocking.

Seriousness and speed summarize my opinion of this site very well.

Fast delivery
