This time, I say average. We have known much better. Previous orders, delivery in 48 hours flat. But here, more than a week. No need to blame it on Covid, the credit card was charged as quickly as usual but the order departure dragged on. Hoping it will be better next time.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 31/07/2020

Hello
the order was placed on Saturday, July 4, and it was sent on Monday, July 6, then for Austria currently with COVID, the delays may be a bit longer.
For the hat, what model did you receive?
Thank you for sending us a photo at [email protected]
Best regards
Traclet
