The delivery is reliable and serious.
However, the weak point is the customer service which does not offer prepaid product returns (as is often done today in mail order).

The hat arrived quickly, in a well-marked box as it is very fragile. Quality and beautiful hat. I highly recommend!

There are not enough photos with the caps worn, hence my return because on my head it looked horrible, not at all the shape I had visualized from the photo on the site.
