Hello, The information on the place of production of this hat is clearly noted in China. We also have models made in France, but we are not responsible if you ordered a product made in China which is clearly noted on the product sheet. It is of course possible to change it if it does not suit you. Example of a product made in France https://www.chapellerie-traclet.com/fr/chapeaux-de-paille/553-chapeau-de-jardin-paille-naturelle-traclet.html But also made in Italy. At your disposal to exchange the product. Best regards, Traclet

Quality product indeed... but does not correspond to the model ordered! I ordered fine wooden clogs with a rounded tip and received a wide model with a pointed tip!

Response from Chapellerie Traclet Published on 04/06/2020

Hello, We only have two models of clogs. One classic and the other in leather. The tip may be different but the shape is indeed the same. Please send us a photo of the model received for verification. Email [email protected] We hope, however, that this product satisfies you. Best regards, Traclet

If the design of a cap with a protective visor was a good idea during this health crisis... the quality of the adult caps is deplorable... very thin fabrics ready to tear when trying to remove the visors... a shame for a purchase at 25 euros nonetheless! And the cap does not at all have the quality of the one displayed visually... and two snaps instead of one which weigh down and pull even more on the very thin fabric of the cap...

Very satisfied with my order. Very good quality, nice colors. The visor is of very good quality and protects the child's face well and looks very durable, very appreciated for little children's hands. The visor can be lifted which is very practical. The child keeps their cap and can raise their visor if needed. I recommend this product.
