The shopping experience was very pleasant. Even for me as a German, it was easy. The ordering, delivery, and quality of the goods are top-notch.

The site should provide measurements 58/59 and the cap received is 59 so a bit big, not too happy especially for a gift

I would like the size just below 61; it was listed as 60 61 and the size is 61, the hat is too big...thank you

Very good site, unfortunately I made a mistake in size and when I returned it to exchange for the larger size, it was no longer available, so I waited nearly a month before asking for a refund but even that was complicated, I ended up with a credit note and the bob in question is still not available ...

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
it's normal since you changed size and we had to order them.
We cannot send a product immediately when it is not in stock.
We are sorry if you decided to change the size of the products and we did not have them in stock.
It's not nice because we had to order them for you.
It would have been simpler to choose the right sizes and then we would have ordered them for you.
Best regards
