Order processed very quickly. Thanks to Traclet for their responsiveness. My Stetson Vail was very old. I bought the same one again. The old one was still 15 years old!! I recommend Traclet.

It is only after placing the order that we learn that the item is out of stock. This leads to a delay of several weeks before being delivered. I felt trapped, as I thought I was buying an item immediately available. Not a correct procedure, in my opinion.

Easy choice via the site, all necessary information for an informed choice is present. Fast delivery and the ordered product. Quality product. I returned it due to a size too large. I am waiting for the exchange for the same item in size S.

The products are very good but the customer service is a disaster! Difficult to get advice before the purchase, you feel like you are waking up the person on the other end of the line. And then, the same, complicated to get information for a return. It took more than 7 calls to customer service to get a follow-up and a refund for my purchase. Really very unfortunate. The products may be impeccable, it cools to try the experience again.

Response from Chapellerie Traclet
hello
Thank you for your comment. For your information, your order was placed on November 5 at 8 PM and it was shipped on November 6. Then, you called several times and as I indicated to you, we are waiting for a response from Flechet.
Unfortunately, the information could not be given quickly because Flechet is in the process of being bought out at the end of this year and if you cannot reach me on my side, I have little information from Flechet. That is why I proposed another model that I sent you by email.
You are judging my character which is not very nice.
Finally, readers will be able to judge your comments.
Best regards
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year
